These Terms and Conditions contain the terms under which you may access this website and purchase an item listed on this website. You agree to be bound by these terms. Enjoy Orange may amend these terms from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after any amendment by Enjoy Orange constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by these Terms, as amended.
Enjoy Orange has made every effort to ensure that the information on our website is correct. We apologise for any errors however we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information on these pages. All images used on this site are representations for your information only and not necessarily true images of that product.
Limitation of Liability
Enjoy Orange maximum liability for products purchased from our website shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price you have paid for the product. Enjoy Orange will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruptions of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strictly liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.
Payment Terms
Payment is due prior to delivery, via credit card on our secure website.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled 24 hours prior to your delivery or earlier. If you cancel within 24 hours or less, a 50% charge of your total order may be incurred. We are unable to process cancellations for any order that has already been prepared, or is already out with the courier for delivery.
Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with an experience that you have with us, please email info@enjoyorange.com.au with your order number, a photo of the products as delivered, and the nature of your concern. Complaints must be received within 24 hours of delivery of your order.
We stand by our products. For approved quality issues we will resend the product, offer a replacement product to value, or provide a store credit to product value.
Substitution Policy
Images found on this site are used for display purposes only. Actual products may differ from product images displayed.
If a product is unavailable in the delivery location, prior to delivering your order you will be contacted to select an alternative product or authorise Enjoy Orange to substitute for a product that is in stock. Enjoy Orange takes the utmost care and attention to ensure that any substitutions are as similar as possible to the requested item.
Business Partner Orders - Invoicing
For business partners who are approved to receive weekly invoicing from Enjoy Orange; you agree to pay the total amount within seven days of the receipt. Failure to payment will result in termination of account; you will still be responsible for total payment invoiced by Enjoy Orange at that time should account termination occur.
